More exciting news from WWBBA! After joining the 21st Century and having it’s own Website, and even engaging with the world on Social Media via Twitter, @WestWalesBBA the WWBBA is now embarking on a Youth Band Event initiative. It’s early days regarding the details, but in essence we are looking to see if we can bring together all the Youth Band players from the region together for a day of workshops, rehearsals and finish the day with a short concert with a group of leading instrumental tutors. The day might also include a Youth Band Conductor Seminar so that we can replicate ‘best practice’ and ideas across the region for the betterment of Youth music in our region. The date is likely to be Saturday 27th September and we are currently confirming a possible venue. Exciting times in WWBBA and you will be able to follow all the news and information about the event here on our website or via our Twitter feed using the hashtag #ybe2014
